The check-in process was frustrating due to a lack of on-site assistance. I encountered significant issues with the heating, making the bathroom very cold. there were no toiletries provided, which felt disappointing given the price paid for the stay.

We chose this place for its convenient location, being close to the beautiful New Quay beach and just a short walk to the Yacht Club. The room was quite spacious and furnished comfortably, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only downside was that there was no reception on-site, but a quick phone call helped us get our entry sorted without much hassle. it was a pleasant experience!

the dolau is a lovely hotel with amazing decor and comfy beds. the coffee and tea facilities were excellent, which added to the comfort. it's conveniently located near the sea, making it perfect for beach lovers. check-in was easy and effortless, just check your emails for entry codes.

The location near the seaside made walking to the beach so easy! the lack of on-site reception created minor hiccups during check-in. A phone call sorted it out without much hassle, but an on-site presence would enhance convenience.
